User Agreement

Welcome to sign the CatStar Planet User Agreement (" This Agreement ") with Beijing Search Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "CatStar Planet" or "us ") and use CatStar Planet platform services!

In this special remind you (user) before become CatStar planet registered users, please read the "CatStar planet user agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement"), make sure you fully understand the terms of the provisions of this agreement, especially involving the exclusion or limitation of liability provisions, rights licensing and use of information and agree to the terms and conditions of opening, applicable law and dispute resolution clause, etc. If you are a natural person under the age of 18 or a person with limited civil capacity as stipulated by law, please read this Agreement accompanied by a legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors. The minor's exercise and performance of the rights and obligations hereunder shall be deemed to have obtained the approval of the legal guardian. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the services provided by CatStar Planet Platform. Your use shall be deemed as an endorsement of the entire content of this Agreement.

I.define

CatStar Planet platform: CatStar Planet website (*), CatStar Planet mobile APP (APP), etc. (including new forms arising from future technological development).

Users: Including registered and unregistered users, hereinafter referred to as "you". Registered users refer to users who use CatStar Planet platform services or CatStar Planet platform information after completing all registration procedures through CatStar Planet platform. Non-registered users refer to those users who directly log in to CatStar Planet platform or access CatStar Planet Platform through other websites and directly or indirectly use CatStar Planet Platform services or CatStar Planet platform materials without registration.

This Agreement also includes relevant agreements, rules and other contents concerning CatStar Planet Software and related services that have been published and may be continuously published by our party. Once the aforesaid content is officially released and properly delivered to users (in-site letters, system notices, etc.), it shall be an integral part of this Agreement and you shall also abide by it. If the user does not accept the modified terms, please stop using the service immediately. If the user continues to use the service, the user shall be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.

II. Account registration

1. Users need to register a CatStar Planet account before using the service. CatStar Planet account should be registered with mobile phone number binding. Users are requested to register CatStar Planet account with mobile phone number not bound to CatStar Planet account or mobile phone number not banned by CatStar Planet according to this agreement. We may change account registration and binding methods based on user needs or product needs without prior notice to users.

2. If the applicant has a precedent of being banned by us, or is suspected of false registration and misuse of others' name, or other reasons for not being able to obtain permission, we will reject the application for registration.

3. In view of the binding registration method of CatStar Planet account, you agree that CatStar Planet will allow your mobile phone number, mobile device identifier and other information to be used for registration.

4. When users register and use the Service, we need to collect personal information that can identify users so that we can contact users when necessary or provide users with better user experience. The information we collect includes but is not limited to the user's name, phone number, etc. CatStar Planet agrees that the use of such information is subject to the protection of the user's personal privacy information.

Iii. Account security

1. Once you register successfully and become a CatStar Planet user, you will get a user name and password, and have the right to use your own user name and password to log in CatStar Planet at any time.

2. Users are fully responsible for the security of their usernames and passwords and are fully responsible for all activities and events performed under their usernames.

3. Users shall not transfer or authorize others to use their CatStar Planet username in any form.

4. The user shall keep the password properly and shall not disclose the password to others. The user shall bear all losses caused by improper password keeping.

5. If the user discloses the password, it may lead to adverse legal consequences. Therefore, no matter what reason causes the password security of the user is threatened, the user should immediately contact CatStar Planet customer service staff, otherwise the consequences are at his own risk.

Iv. User representations and warranties

1. The User undertakes that it is a civil subject with full capacity for civil conduct and is capable of concluding transactions and fulfilling its obligations.

2. Users are obliged to provide their real information when registering, and ensure the validity and security of contents such as mobile phone number and name. CatStar Planet staff can contact users through the above contact information. At the same time, the user is also obliged to update the relevant registration information in time when the relevant information is actually changed.

3. Users through the use of CatStar planet in the process of upload, copying, distribution, transmission of any content, including but not limited to account picture, name, the user instructions for registration information and certification information, or text, voice, image, video, graphic send, reply, and a link to the page, and use other accounts or the content of this service in violation of relevant state law system Degree, including but not limited to the following principles

(1) violates the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endanger national security, divulge state secrets, subvert state power and destroy national unity

(3) damages the honor and interests of the State;

(4) stirring up ethnic hatred or discrimination to undermine ethnic unity;

(5) sabotaging state religious policies and propagating heresies and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or immoral crimes

(8) Insulting or slandering others or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;

(9) Other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

4. Users shall not use CatStarplanet account or the service to upload, copy, publish or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of CatStarPlanet or violates the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties

(1) contains any sex or sexual innuendo;

(2) Abusive, intimidating or threatening contents;

(3) Those containing harassment, spam advertisements, malicious information and decoy information;

(4) Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;

(5) Infringing upon others' right of reputation, right of portrait, intellectual property, business secret and other legal rights,

(6) Contain other information that interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

V.Provide services based on software

We provide services to you through CatStar Planet software, and you should also abide by the following provisions:

1. We grant you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to download software that you may need to use the Services. You may use the software only for the purpose of accessing or using the Services.

2. You can use the "CatStar Planet" software and related services to obtain the "CatStar Planet" client applications or visit the official website of CatStar Planet or other related websites by means of pre-installation or downloading by a third party authorized by us. If you do not obtain the software from us or a third party authorized by us, we cannot guarantee the normal use of the unofficial version of CatStar Planet software, and we have nothing to do with your loss.

3.In order to improve user experience, ensure the security of the service and the consistency of product functions, we may update the software. You should update the relevant software to the latest version, otherwise we do not guarantee its normal use, you have the right to choose to accept the updated version or services, if you do not accept, some functions will be limited or cannot continue to use. You can uninstall CatStar Planet software and related services if you no longer need them.

Unless our written permission is granted, you shall not do any of the following :

(1) delete copyright information from the software and its copies;

(2) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile the software, or otherwise try to discover the source code of the software;

(3) Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish and establish mirror sites of the contents of which we have intellectual property rights;

(4) in the process of software or software operation to release to any terminal data in memory, in the process of the software to run the client and server interaction data, as well as the necessary software to run system data, to copy, modify, add, delete, articulated run or create any derivative works, including but not limited to, the use of plug-in, plugins or not by a third party authorized by our work With/service access software and related systems;

(5) Add, delete or change the function or operation effect of the software by modifying or forging the instructions and data in the operation of the software, or operate or disseminate the software and methods used for the above purposes to the public, no matter whether these acts are for commercial purposes;

(6) Log in or use our software and services through third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins and systems not developed or authorized by us, or make, publish and disseminate third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins and systems not developed or authorized by us.

VI.Termination of services

1. CatStar Planet reserves the right to terminate the service to the User in the following circumstances;

(1) CatStar Planet has the right to terminate the service provided to the user if the user violates the relevant provisions of the Service Agreement; CatStar Planet reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the service provided to the user if the user is registered directly or indirectly or in the name of another person.

(2) If we find that the contact information provided by the user does not exist or cannot be connected when we contact the user through the information provided by the user, we notify the user of the change by other contact information, and the user still fails to provide the new contact information within 3 working days, we have the right to terminate the service to the user;

(3) Users are not allowed to swipe or cheat by program or manual means. If users are found cheating, we will immediately terminate the service and have the right to withhold the amount in the account;

(4) Once we find that the data or information provided by users contains false content, we have the right to terminate services to such users at any time.

(5) When the Terms of Service are terminated or updated, the user expressly does not want to accept the new terms of Service Paragraph;

(6) and other circumstances that we deem necessary to terminate the Service.

2. After the termination of the Service, we shall not be obliged to retain any information in or related to the original account for users, or forward any unread or sent information to users or third parties.

3. User understands and agrees that, even after termination of this Agreement and termination of User's Services, we have the right to:

(1) Continue to save your user information;

(2) Continue to claim to users the liabilities they shall bear for violating laws and regulations, this Agreement and the rules of CatStar Planet Platform during their use of CatStar Planet Platform services.

VII.Change and interruption of service

1. In view of the special nature of the Network services, users agree that we will change or interrupt part or all of the Network services, and delete (no longer save) any information submitted by users during the use of the services without informing users or assuming any responsibility for any users or any third parties

2. We need to test or update the platform providing network services periodically or irregularly, and we do not have to bear any responsibility for the interruption of network services within a reasonable time caused by such circumstances.

VIII. Modification of Service Terms

1. We have the right to modify any content of the Terms of Service at any time. Once any content of the Terms of Service changes, we will inform users of the modification in an appropriate way.

2. Users have the right to stop using the Network services if they do not agree with the modifications made by us to the Terms of Service.

3. If the user continues to use the Network service, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the modification made by us to the Terms of Service.

X.Disclaimer and compensation statement

1. If we have indicated the change of service provision method and reminded users of matters needing attention, all consequences arising from users' failure to comply with the requirements shall be borne by users themselves.

2. Users expressly agree that their use of CatStar Planet is entirely at their own risk and all consequences arising out of their use of CatStar Planet are entirely at their own risk.

3. The user agrees to security and safeguard the interests of the CatStar planet and other users, as users in the use of CatStar star is illegal, untrue, unfair, infringing on lawful rights and interests of a third party, or a violation of any of the terms and conditions under this agreement and the losses to us and any other third party, the user agrees to be liable for damages caused by such.

IX. Privacy Statement

1. Application scope:

(1) Personal registration information provided upon request when users register CatStar Planet accounts;

(2) When users use CatStarplanet or visit its relevant webpage, CatStarPlanet automatically receives and records the server value on the user's browser, including but not limited to IP address and other data and the webpage record required by users.

2. Information Use:

(1) We will not sell or lend users' personal information to anyone, unless we obtain users' prior permission;

(2) We also do not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate users' personal information by any means. If any user is found to be engaged in the above activities, we have the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with such user and close their account.

(3) For the purpose of serving users, we may use users' personal information to provide services to users, including but not limited to sending product and service information to users, or sharing information with our partners so that they can send information about their products and services to users.

3. Information Disclosure

User's personal information will be disclosed in part or in whole :

(1) with user's consent, to third parties;

(2) Disclose to a third party or administrative or judicial institution according to relevant provisions of laws or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;

(3) If the user violates the relevant laws of China or the website's policies, it shall disclose to a third party;

(4) In order to provide products and services required by users, users' personal information must be shared with third parties;

(5) Other CatStar planet according to the law or website policy deemed appropriate disclosure;

XI.Others

1. We solemnly remind users to pay attention to the clauses exempting CatStarplanet from liability and restricting users' rights in this agreement. Please read them carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read this Agreement.

2. The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute or dispute between the user and us, we should first solve it amicably. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court where CatStar Planet lives.

3. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.

4. Beijing Xunjian Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to interpret and modify the Agreement.
